EFFICIENT LIVER
Choline is one of the key nutrients to maintain liver functionality. Shortage of choline during transition phase can cause a reduction of liver efficiency.
Ruprocol® contains available choline to counteract this shortage condition. As free choline is almost completely destroyed in the rumen by the activity of the microflora, choline in Ruprocol® is microencapsulated in a lipid matrix and can by-pass the rumen and can become available at the intestinal level. A correct management of the liver metabolism can contribute to improve milk production and milk quality.
